General Policy
We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items in accordance with the terms below. Due to the nature of our products, some items are non-returnable or have specific conditions.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
Products:
Posing Bikinis: Due to hygiene and customisation, all sales of posing bikinis are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please double-check your measurements and customisation details before ordering.
Jewellery: Jewellery may be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup if it is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Other Products: Other items (excluding custom products) may be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup, provided they are unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Posing bikinis, due to customisation.
Worn or used items.
Gift cards or digital downloads.
Products purchased on external websites. Please refer to the associated website/companies return policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to miss.kristina.angeli@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Return Process
Contact Us: Email miss.kristina.angeli@gmail.com with your order number, details of the return or exchange, and reason for your request.
Approval: Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please allow 10 business days for processing.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund or provide store credit.
